Everything was great!
Rice quality is decent. The rice grain is similar to Japanese Akitakomachi rice. It's good enough to use for sushi. Rice is from US which I find better than EU rice.
I use this gorgeous rice for everything…from topping with curry to making sushi, it also makes gorgeous paella and risotto!
Have been living here more than 30years I always have Nishiki rice, in the past I have had different brand to see if it’s better but end up having this rice. Very happy with quality.
