Description: Sempio Topokki Spicy Sauce 150g (3 servings). Topokki, or tteok-bokki is a traditional Korean rice cake. Sempio brand has a range of topokki sauces to season the rice cakes with varying levels of spice. The one you see here is Topokki Sauce Spicy 150g, which is a hot version of the topokki sauce from the Korean brand, Sempio. Tomato ketchup blended with hot pepper paste and corn syrup contributes to the spicy and sweet flavor of this sauce, while the traditional hot pepper seaosning adds to the spice along with other ingredients.

Tuk Tuk Method: Cut cabbage, onions, leek and fish cake diagonally, pour 150ml of water and rice cake into a pot and bring to boil until rice cake becomes soft. Add Sempio Topokku Sauce, onions, cabbage and fish cake. Stir well for 3 minutes on medium heat. Mix in leek. Dish is ready to serve once it comes to boil for 2 minutes (low heat).
