    Tuk Tuk Method:Perfect for salads! To defrost: microwave (800W) - Alternatively place half a pack (250g) of frozen Edamame on a microwave bowl and cover. Defrost for approx 4 minutes or adjust the cooking time as necessary for different power settings.
