Yutaka Gua Bao Buns 割包 300g (10 pieces )(Frozen)

Description: Gua bao buns 割包 — the soft, folded Taiwanese steamed buns — are the easiest way to build restaurant-style bao at home. Yutaka’s come pre-steamed and frozen in a pack of ten, so all you do is steam from frozen for 8–10 minutes and fill. The classic filling is braised pork belly with pickled greens and crushed peanuts, but they take kindly to crispy duck, fried chicken or tofu. Light, pillowy and sturdy enough to hold a properly saucy filling.

Tuk Tuk Method: Steam from frozen for 8–10 minutes. Fill with braised pork belly, hoisin, cucumber and spring onion. Or go fried chicken with sriracha mayo and pickled vegetables.

Storage: Keep frozen. Steam from frozen; do not refreeze once defrosted.
