Tuk Tuk Method: 1. Fresh rice vermicelli: Cook rice vermicelli in boiling water for 8 minutes. Then take out and rinse by cool water until vermicelli is cool. Drain off water and serve as fresh vermicelli. Fresh rice vermicelli can be preserved for 6- 8 hours. You can use fresh vermicelli with roasted meat, deep-fried spring rolls or with broth of your choice. 2. Pan-fried vermicelli: Cook rice vermicelli in boiling water for 7 minutes, take them out, rinse by cool water and drain off water Prepare a hot pan, add some cooking oil, add your favourite meat, vegetables, mushroom, seafood and seasoning. and stir-fry evenly for a couple of minutes.
