Fresh & Frozen

Our fresh & frozen collection is the heart of the shop: everything that needs to arrive cold, from fresh tofu and Thai herbs to frozen dim sum, dumplings and buns. It is the range that turns an online Asian supermarket from a cupboard-filler into the weekly shop.

The fresh side covers the things supermarkets rarely stock well: fresh tofu in firm, silken and deep-fried forms from UK makers, Thai basil, holy basil and morning glory, galangal, Chinese chives and leafy greens. These arrive with the same care we would give our own table.

The freezer side is where convenience lives. Restaurant-quality siu mai, har kau and wonton from Royal Gourmet; char siu bao and gua bao for steaming in ten minutes; spring onion pancakes for the frying pan. Frozen Asian food keeps for months, so a well-stocked freezer means a proper dinner is always close.

Fresh & frozen orders are packed in insulated packaging with ice packs where needed, and we send them from our Manchester store so everything arrives in good condition. UK delivery by DHL. Order early in the week for the widest fresh selection.
