    Tuk Tuk Method: 1.Wash one cup(190g) of Sushi Brown Rice in cold water and drain. 2. Transfer to a saucepan with 2(1/2) cups (600ml) of cold water and leave to soak for 60 minutes. 3. Bring to the boil. Cover and reduce the heat, simmer for 40 minutes or until all of the water has been absorbed. 4. Remove from heat and leave covered for another 10 minutes before serving.

    Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
