Tuk Tuk Method: 1. Boil water fully and cool the hot water a little. 2. Put the adequate amount of tea leaves and the adjusted water enough to cover the leaves into the pot(in general, use about 2 or 3 tablespoons of tea leaves for 3 persons). 3. Steep for proper time.
