Tuk Tuk Method: 1. Rinse the rice lightly until the water is clear enough and drain. 2. Add 1 1/4 cups of water for every cup of rice. 3. Bring the rice to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, turn off the heat and let it sit for 1 minute. 4. Simmer in low heat for 12 minutes. Remove from heat and let it sit for 20 minutes before serving.
