  • Description: Rice & U Kong Moon Rice Vermicelli 米之鄉江門排粉 400g  is a Product of Cambodia. This is a rice vermicelli noodle that goes well with different dishes, including chicken, beef, pork etc. It can be served in soup or simply stir-fried.

    Tuk Tuk Method:

    1. As Cold Dressing- Let rice vermicelli soak in boiling water and cook for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, flush rice vermicelli with cold water or tap water for 1 minute, drain and let it sit for 30 minutes, then it can be served as cold dressing.
    2. For Fried Vermicelli- Heat up water to 100 C, then pour hot water into a container, let rice vermicelli soak n hot water for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, flush rice vermicelli with cold water or tap water for 1 minute, drain and then it can be used for frying.

    Storage: Please keep in a cool place and avoid direct sunlight.
