Description: Dapur Desa Agar Agar Jelly Strips Yellow 特選黃色燕菜/果凍瓊脂條 25g.Agar-agar is a natural vegetable gelatin counterpart. It can be in different colour and it is sold in packages as washed and dried strips or in powdered form. It can be used to make jellies, puddings, and custards.
Tuk Tuk Method: 1. Place DD agar strips in a pan of boiling water. Cook and stir constantly until the strips are dissolved. 2. Stir in sugar and colouring of your choice. 3. Pour DD agar into moulds. Leave it to cool and set, then enjoy!
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
