Tuk Tuk Method: 1. Place about 1kg of raw ingredients such as potatoes, broccoli, other vegetables and meat/fish into a pot (according to personal preference), then fry everything with oil (until medium well). Take everything out and place onto a separate plate to filter out any excess oil. 2. Pour 100g of vegetable oil into the pot, add some ginger, garlic, szechuan peppercorns and dried chilli peppers. Stir until the fragrance and flavors are realeased. 3. Pour the seasoning packet (220g) into the pot and fry it for 1 minute on low heat. 4. Add the prepared material into the pot, mix it well with the seasoning and stir-fry everything until ready. Add some coriander for an even stronger flavor.
Storage: Room temperature, avoid sunlight, keep refrigerated after opening.
