  • Description: Happy Grass Crystal Jelly Powder 快樂草白涼粉 100g. A quick and easy way to make delicious crystal jelly at home!

    Tuk Tuk Method: 1. Pour 2500ml of plain water and 100gm of sugar into a pot. Bring it to boil. 2. Pour 1 packet of Crystal Jelly Powder Stir till dissolve. Boil for 2 more minutes. 3. Remove from flame. Pour the jelly mix into moulds. Leave to cool and set. Once harden, cut into cubes and serve with honey or caramel syrup (Texture of jelly can be changed according to preference.) :eave overnight in fridge for better taste.

    Storage: Store in a cool and dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
