Tuk Tuk Method: Make miso soup with tofu (4 servings): Boil 800ml water in a pot. Add 150g tofu, 40g wakame seaweed and cook for 2-3 minutes. Turn off heat, then gently dissolve miso paste into above mixture. Re-heat pot. Turn off heat as soon as water starts boiling. Serve hot and enjoy!
