Tuk Tuk Method: For LAAB (Beef, Chicken or Other Meats) - add 1/4 cup (60ml) water in 300g ground meat and stir-fry until done. Add contents of this packets and mix well. Add fish sauce to taste. Garnish with shallot, mint leaves and spring onion. Serve with fresh vegetables.
