Description Maesri Thai Masaman Curry Paste 400g. Masaman curry paste is a richly spiced paste originating in the south of Thailand close to the border with Malaysia. Masaman curries are made with a flavoursome blend of spices including cardamon, cumin and cloves, reflecting Persian influences on the dish. The thick, stew-like curry has a mild spiciness and a hint of sweetness. Mix this Masaman curry paste with coconut cream and add to stir-fried lamb or beef.
Tuk Tuk Method: Simply fry 100g of the paste with 300ml of coconut milk for 5 mins. Then add 400g of your preferred meat and stir until cooked. Next add 200ml of coconut milk and bring to boil. Add 200g of potatoes, and 100g of onion and summer. Turn off heat, add peanuts and enjoy!
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
