Description: Maesri Masaman Curry Sauce 400ml is Maesri massaman curry, ready-made in a tin — 75% coconut milk with tamarind, garlic, shallot and warm spices already balanced for you. It is a mild, slightly sweet curry with a gentle tang, and all it needs is meat and potatoes simmered in it. No paste-frying, no measuring.
Tuk Tuk Method: Simmer with beef shin or chicken thighs and chunks of potato until tender — about 40 minutes for beef. Top with roasted peanuts and serve with jasmine rice. For a vegetable version, add chickpeas and squash instead.
