Tuk Tuk Method: Simply follow instructions on the packet and enjoy! Or Stir fry 100g of Maesri Prik Khing Curry Paste with vegetable oil in a wok or pan under medium heat until fragrant. Add your choice of meat and stir-fry until cooked while adding 5 tablespoons of water. Add long green beans, 8 tablespoons of water and torn kaffir lime leaves. Then season with sugar and fish sauce as preferred and stir-fry until cooked and well-mixed. Now you can plate it up and garnish with kaffir lime leaves chiffonade, slices of chillies and crushed roasted peanut.
