Tuk Tuk Method: 1. Boil noodles into 400ml (2 glasses) of water and simmer for 3 minutes. 2. Pour all seasoning, soy sauce, and chilli sauce into a bowl while the noodles are being cooked. 3. Take noodles from the water and drain it. 3. Mix the cooked noodles with seasoning, soy sauce and chilli sauce until even. 4. Spread fried crispy onion and noodles are ready to serve.
