Description: O'Food Gochujang for Tteobokki 300g. The spicy tteokbokki sauce is usually made with the combination of Gochujang (Korean Red Chili Pepper Paste) and Gochugaru (Korean Red Chili Pepper Flakes). Some people simply make this rice cake sauce with gochujang. Meanwhile, some only use gochugaru. If you don’t prefer a very spicy taste, simply use gochujang without any red chilli pepper flakes. If you are a fan of spicy food add more red chilli pepper flakes.Adding more chilli pepper increases the heat level without altering the salt and sweet flavour.
Tuk Tuk Method: Simply use out of the bottle to add a spicy kick to your dishes and enjoy! Serving suggestion (2 servings): 200g (Rice Cake) per 70g Sauce (+Water 100g).
