Description: On Kee Dried Pear and Fig Nourishing Soup 安記降火養陰湯 120g. Dried pear helps to relieve wind-heat type syndrome, moisten lungs and remove toxin. Paired with Solomon's Seal which nourishes yin and lungs, it can reduce phlegm and sooth throat effectively. Adding snow fungus further enhances the effectiveness. This soup is suitable for consuming in autumn and winter. It tastes fresh-sweet and it may help to nourish yin and strengthen human immunity. For 3 - 4 people.
Tuk Tuk Method: 1) Soak the white fungus and Solomon's seal until tender and remove hard stems. Blanch the lean meat in boiling water, rinse and drain. Wash the other ingredients thoroughly. 2) Soak all ingredients into hot water for a few minutes, then put them into a pot of water and boil for 2 hours. 3) Add in a pinch of salt to taste, and then serve.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight.
