Description: Oyster Brand Nampla Fish Sauce Original Flavour 700ml. Fish Sauce, or Nam Pla as it is known in Thailand, is widely used as a flavouring medium. In fact, it is to Thai cooking what Soy Sauce is to Chinese and Japanese. Made from fermented anchovies, it's salty. Fishy flavour compliments and enhances most Thai Foods and forms the base of most Thai Sauces.
Salt crystals and colour changes may occur naturally in high-quality fish sauce. Such changes are harmless.
