Description: SOP Orange Food Colour 橙色粉 400g. High-quality red food colouring from SOP. A great versatile ingredient to add a vibrating orange colour to various recipes. Use it to add colour to curry dishes, stews and soups. Also ideal for preparing classic orange cakes, bakes and desserts!
Tuk Tuk Method: Dissolve 9g of powder in 1L of hot water(if colour separates on cooling warm slightly). Do not use more than 10ml of solution per kg of batter. Please note this product has restricted use in food and can only be used in batters.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
