Tuk Tuk Method: Simply mix contents of pack with 600ml of water and stir well. Boil mixture over low heat until it thickens in consistency. Fill bowl with ice water. Pour mixture through seive so that the mixture comes out like drops when it falls into he ice water. Drain the drops from the water. It is now ready to add to your desserts!
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight.
