Powdered vinegar for sushi rice

I find powdered vinegar easier to use than regular sushi rice vinegar for sushi rice because it's fast, affordable, mostly foolproof and with no compromise in taste. With regular vinegar, it's harder to fix if too much is added or the rice becomes too wet.
