Each 700g pack delivers authentic Buldak spice paired with creamy carbonara notes, creating a distinctive fusion experience. These dumplings are crafted for quick preparation—simply boil or pan-fry for a satisfying meal that balances fiery kick with savoury richness. Ideal for those seeking bold, adventurous flavours without compromising on quality ingredients. Perfect as a standalone dish or paired with your preferred accompaniments.

Tuk Tuk Method: 

• Pan Fry (Recommended): Spray cooking oil on to non-stick pan, and heat for 1 minute. Place dumpling into the pan. Heat for 7 minutes until all sides are crispy brown.
• Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Place 6 dumpling pieces and spray some cooking oil in the air fryer basket. Set time to 10 minutes 30 seconds total.
• Steam: Pour enough water into a steamer and boil. Once the water is boiling, add dumplings inside. Steam for 6 minutes.

The ice packs we provide are to maintain the temperature of the frozen/chilled goods. When arriving to the customer, frozen products may be slightly defrosted on the surface, but the products are still in perfect condition to cook on the same day.
