Description: Synear Steamed Bun 思念饅頭 (16pcs) 288g (Frozen). Synear Steamed Buns are traditional Chinese baozi crafted with a soft, pillowy dough that steams to perfection. Each pack contains 16 individually portioned buns, ideal for quick meals or dim sum occasions. Simply steam from frozen for 11-13 minutes to achieve an authentic texture and flavour. These buns serve as a versatile base—enjoy plain, or fill with your preferred proteins and vegetables. A convenient staple for those seeking authentic Chinese cuisine without extensive preparation time.

Tuk Tuk Method:

1. Steam: No need to thaw, when the water boils, remove the package and put the buns in the pot, steam with medium fire for 11-13 minutes and it is ready to eat.
2. Microwave: Remove the package, put the buns on the plate and cover the lid, medium heat for 1-1.5 minutes and it is ready to eat.
3. Deep Fried: No need to defrost. Put buns into 170-180°C boiling oil. Fry for a total of 2.5-3 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels. (Better to serve within 5 minutes).
4. Air Fryer: No need to defrost. Set air fryer to 200°C, place frozen buns into basket and heat for 7-8 minutes. Then can serve after crust becomes golden brown.

Storage: Keep frozen below -18°C.
