Tuk Tuk Method: Mix 1 packet of paste with 1600ml of boiling water , simmer for 5 mins over low heat. Serve with blanched noodles and beans prouts. Garnish with cooked prawns or cooked shredded chicken and chopped spring onion. Serves 6.
