These premium 475g noodles feature the distinctive combination of aromatic rattan pepper and rich scallion oil, delivering a complex flavor profile characteristic of Taiwanese cuisine. Tuk Tuk Method: 1. Add 800-1000ml of water to the pot, heat it to boiling, and then add 1pc noodle. 2. Once the noodles soften, gently separate them. Cook for 5-8 minutes (adjust according to personal taste, hen remove them from the pot and drain the water. 3. Place one sauce sachet (one sauce sachet for one noodle block) into a bowl. Mix the noodles and sauce thoroughly and it's ready to eat.
