Garden Wafers

Garden wafers are a taste of Hong Kong childhood: crisp layered wafer biscuits sandwiched with smooth cream, made by the Garden Company since 1926. For anyone who grew up with them, the red and white packaging needs no introduction — and for everyone else, they are one of the great Asian biscuit tins to discover.
