Vegan Asian food should be easy — the cuisines involved have centuries of plant-based tradition — but hidden fish sauce, oyster sauce and shrimp paste make label-reading a chore. This collection gathers the lines we've tagged vegan in one place.

The Korean shelf includes gochujang labelled vegan from Sempio and CJ Haechandle, for bibimbap and tteokbokki. The noodle shelf runs from Demae Ramen spicy to sesame stirred noodles and instant rice noodles, and the snack shelf covers roasted rice crackers, crispy noodle snacks and spiced peas.

For cooking, the collection pulls in chilli oil, mock meats from the Everbest frozen range, tofu puffs and pickled vegetables. Seasonings, drinks and dessert mixes round it out.
