Standard delivery is a £6.20 flat rate for mainland UK orders under £75. Orders over £75 qualify for free standard delivery. Fresh and frozen orders carry a £5.50 temperature-controlled packaging charge — applied once per order, whether you order one frozen item or twenty, and it still applies on free-delivery orders. We deliver via DHL in 1–7 working days from dispatch. You'll receive full DHL tracking, plus a one-hour delivery slot by SMS or email on the morning of your delivery. Please make sure someone is available to sign for the parcel — especially for fresh and frozen orders.
Fresh, chilled and frozen items travel in an insulated poly box with our Sorba Freeze ice pack system, keeping them below 3°C all the way to your door. Items may be slightly defrosted on the surface when they arrive — pop them straight into the freezer and they'll be in perfect condition for refreezing or eating.
We deliver anywhere in mainland UK. We're unable to deliver to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly or the Channel Islands at present — if your postcode is in one of these areas, the delivery option won't appear at checkout.
You can return any unopened, non-perishable item within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund — just email us first so we can authorise the return. Items must be in their original, resaleable packaging, and return postage is covered by you for change-of-mind returns. Fresh, chilled and frozen items can't be returned unless they're faulty.
We'll put it right with a replacement or a refund. Email enquiries@tuktukmart.co.uk with your order number and a photo — within 24 hours of delivery for fresh, chilled and frozen items, or within 14 days for everything else. If something is missing or incorrect, we'll send the correct item and cover any extra postage.
Yes. We stock genuine imported brands — the same products used in Asian restaurants and home kitchens — supplied through Hang Won Hong, our long-established family-run Asian supermarket in Manchester.
