Description: Aroy-D Coconut Milk 泰國椰奶 400ml is the tin Thai cooks swear by — rich, creamy and made with 70% coconut extract, noticeably thicker than most supermarket own-brands. It is the base for a proper Thai green or red curry, tom kha gai, and desserts like mango sticky rice. The 400ml tin is the classic recipe size. Shake well before opening, and do not worry if it separates — that is normal for good coconut milk; just stir it back together.
Tuk Tuk Method: Simmer with green curry paste, chicken and Thai aubergine. Cook into tom kha with lemongrass and galangal. Or sweeten with palm sugar and pour over mango sticky rice.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening and use within a few days.
