  • Description:Baijia Condiment Boiling Fish Flavour 208g. A packet of delicious boiled fish flavouring in hot chilli oil seasoning.

    Tuk Tuk Method:Scale and gut a fish about 1KG, rinse and slice (or cut into cubes). Marinate the fish with 30g cooking wine (or 15g spirit) and the powder sachet for 10 minutes. Boil 700g of water (use chicken soup or base soup for better results) with the fish bones and the seasoning sachet. Add the marinated fish in the pot and cook, then put into a bowl with vegetable in it, sprinkle content in dry food sachet on the fish. Heat up 150g of oil and pour the oil onto the fish. Then the dish is ready!

    Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
