Description: Fresh Chinese leaves 大白菜, also called napa cabbage or Chinese leaf, are the pale, crinkly cabbage of the Chinese kitchen. The leaves are tender and sweet with a mild flavour, and they cook quickly. Shred into stir-fries, simmer in soups and hotpots, or steam and dress with oyster sauce.
Tuk Tuk Method: Stir-fry thick shreds with garlic and ginger. Add to hotpot or chicken noodle soup for the last few minutes. Or braise whole leaves with shiitake mushrooms and oyster sauce.
Storage: Keep refrigerated and use within a few days. Please note that our fresh vegetables may vary in size and weight.
