Description: Ayam Thai Satay Sauce 220g. A mild and smooth peanut sauce infused with the traditional Thai flavours of lemongrass, galangal and tamarind. Use as a dipping sauce, pour over meat, seafood, or vegetables, or cook in a stir fry.
Tuk Tuk Method: 1. As a marinade for meat, fish or chicken. 2. Cold, as a salad dressing 3. Heat gently and use as a dipping sauce 4. Heat (do not boil) and spice up grilled chicken, meat, vegetables or fish.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep refrigerated after opening.
