Description: BDMP Dried Fish (Anchovy KP) 100g 銀鱗花魚乾 100g (Frozen).The dried anchovy fillets (headless) were caught in the Indian Ocean. They are dried and salted without further ingredients—Nibble just the fish in a bowl with some oil and in the microwave. You can water the anchovies in advance, but they are less salty and roast them in the pan or the fryer until crisp. Also delicious on pizza, wok or salad.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or colder until the best-before date.
