It may look fatty but it's not, nem, is a unique preserved groundup pork, in fermented nem powder. Very unique taste not spicy just the odd 1/2 green chillies and strong taste of garlic, but very tasty snack on it own, or spiceup in with salad , perfect for winter or summer. good size/weigh for the price. You paid.
