Tuk Tuk Method: 1. Stir fry: Remove packaging and defrost at room temperature for 1-2 hours. Stir fry with Chinese vegetables in sesame oil and oyster sauce. 2. For the soup: Remove the packaging and cook with other meat or vegetables in boiling water or stock for 10 minutes. 3. Microwave: Tear open packaging and microwave for 2-3 minutes.

Storage: Keep frozen under -18°C Once thawed, do not refreeze.
