Description: Kara coconut milk is Indonesia's best-known — and this Kara UHT Coconut Milk Classic 1000ml carton is the big one. It is 99.9% fresh coconut milk with only a touch of natural stabiliser, UHT-treated to keep the fresh coconut flavour without preservatives. It pours like freshly squeezed coconut milk, which is what Thai and Indonesian curries really want. At a litre, it is the right size for regular curry nights, rendang and batches of coconut rice.
Tuk Tuk Method: Simmer into a Thai green curry, beef rendang or laksa. Cook rice in half coconut milk and half water for nasi lemak-style coconut rice. Or blend into smoothies, overnight oats and puddings. Shake well before pouring.
