But in comparison to pure rice vinegar, our seasoning has less acidity, so it adds an essential umami flavor and a perfect balance between sweet, salty and sour to your dishes.
Tuk Tuk Method: Add 3 tbsp of the seasoning to 360g hot cooked rice and mix well.
