Description: Lee Kum Kee Umami Mushroom Soup Base 李錦記香菇火鍋上湯 60g. This umami mushroom soup base is prepared from selected shiitake mushrooms and white button mushrooms for its savoury umami taste. This concentrated soup base is ideal for hot pot, noodles and to use as a stock for risotto and all kinds of cooking.
Tuk Tuk Method: Simply add 1 sachet and 1.5L (6 cups) water for a hot pot or same dilution as above to serve 4-6 as soup or noodle soup base, and enjoy!
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, consume immediately.
