Description: Lion Brand Chow Mein Noodles 450g is a Chinese style fresh noodle used for a variety of delicious dishes such as Chicken Noodle Soup or Fried Noodles.
Tuk Tuk Method: Soak in boiling water until noodles have separated, rinse in cold water and drain. Now noodles are ready to use for either soup or frying.
Fried Noodles: Fry thinly sliced meat in a little oil until almost cooked. Add chopped vegetables and fry for a few minutes more. Add noodles to the meat and vegetables, season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar and soya sauce.
Chicken Noodle Soup: Place noodles in a rapidly boiling chicken stock. Boil until noodles are soft. Add thinly sliced cooked chicken and chopped spring onions. Season with salt, pepper, sugar and soya sauce to taste. Serve immediately.
Storage: Please keep in a cool place and avoid direct sunlight.
