I've tried probably 100 or more different recipes for crispy fried chicken, and every one of them seems to have *something* that's just not quite right.
This Ottogi mix is just the best ever. I recommend making the liquid batter as per instructions, but then dredging through just the dry mix before frying.
Honestly, the chicken was still crispy even after it had been in the fridge for 24 hours.
One of my favourite product discoveries of recent times.
