Tuk Tuk Method: Boil 1 gallon of water in a large saucepan. Remove ties and add Somen to boiling water a little at a time. Cook uncovered for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain and rinse Somen with cold water until cool. Serve with Kikkoman Memmi Noodle Soup Base and enjoy!
