Tuk Tuk Method: 1. Prepare and mix 50g of crispy oyster pancake powder and 125g of water. 2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the oysters, shrimp, and crab for about 7 minutes. 3. Pour the pre-mixed powder into the pan and smooth it evenly into a circle, waiting for the edges to take on a pastry shape. 4. Pour the egg into the batter and spread it evenly, then add your favourite vegetables. 5. When the vegetables are cooked, flip them over and fry for about 2 minutes to finish the crispy oyster pancake, and enjoy!
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
