1. Prepare the chicken and soak in milk for 30 minutes. The milk helps make the chicken juicy and tender.
2. Mix 200g of chicken fry mix with 340ml of cold water. Dip the chicken into the batter.

4. Deep fry battered chicken at 170°C for 10 to 11 minutes.
