Tuk Tuk Method: Wash all ingredients with cold water thoroughly and drain. Put all ingredients together in a stock pot. You can also add pork or skinless chicken, this is optional. Pour 2-3 litres of water and bring to a boil. Once boiled. Reduce heat and simmer for 3-4 hours. Season with salt to taste. Serves 4-5.
