Description: East Asia Brand Pak-Chun Herbs Mix 100g. Also known as “ladies soup” as it offers relief from PMS, helps balance monthly cycle and helps ease menopausal symptoms. Other than that, pak-chun soup also provides comfort to the liver and alleviates pain, unblocks the bowels and invigorates the blood, supplements middle jiao energy, benefits the lungs, promotes the production of body fluid, nourishes blood.
Tuk Tuk Method: Wash all ingredients with cold water thoroughly and drain. Put all ingredients together in a stock pot. You can also add pork or skinless chicken, this is optional. Pour 2-3 litres of water and bring to a boil. Once boiled. Reduce heat and simmer for 3-4 hours. Season with salt to taste. Serves 4-5.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from humidity.
