Description: Fresh Acacia (Cha Om) 100g is a bunch of climbing wattle — the feathery Thai herb with a distinctive nutty, slightly pungent flavour that mellows beautifully once cooked. It is the herb behind kai jeow cha om, the famous Thai cha om omelette, and a classic addition to sour curries such as gaeng som. Tuk Tuk Method: For the classic omelette, chop the tender leaves, beat into eggs with a splash of fish sauce and fry until golden and crisp at the edges. The leaves also work tossed into gaeng som (Thai sour curry) or lightly wilted as a side vegetable.

Storage: Once delivered, store them in your refrigerator. As with all fresh herbs, use within a few days for the best flavour.
